One of the restaurants on 31st and ditmars put a (uncovered) bike rack outside of the rock gym for their delivery bikes, and between the chinese take out places, the subway, etc., every parking meter, signpost and everything is taken up with bikes, every day! anyway, Hear hear! Those upside down u shaped bike racks are so prevalent, but I still feel there must be a better way.
