Loved it. And, as you probably know, but your blog didn't mention, you needn't brake to shift. Just back-pedal a wee bit, and there you are. What was fun for the 12-year-old me: love the coaster brake because you could skid and fishtail. You couldn't do that on a three speed or a ten speed. I hadn't thought about it for years. Seems great for a city bike -- all sealed, no cables.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/11662550/6672471301224658100/comments/default/2885719671718429821'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/11662550/6672471301224658100/comments/default/2885719671718429821'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.astoriabike.com/2008/03/man-plan-2-speeds.html?showComment=1206745260000#c2885719671718429821' title=''/><author><name>PCM</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/13647097472236933108</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.astoriabike.com/2008/03/man-plan-2-speeds.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11662550.post-6672471301224658100' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/11662550/posts/default/6672471301224658100' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1923588764'/></entry></feed>
